Coin Challenge Update

WEST has finished counting the coins from the Coin Challenge and the winning grade is....Grade 4.  Students in Grade 4 will be awarded popsicles and an extra recess as soon as the weather warms up!  Thank you so much for all of your support and donations for Dr. Marsden in Dancing with the Wrentham Stars!  Through your generosity, our school raised over $2,400.00 - that is 2,400 votes for Dr. Marsden.  WEST and our school appreciates everyone's contributions.

Mrs. Farrell's and Miss Marazzi's classrooms combined to teach a science lesson on camouflage and adaptations for the Grade 4 Animal Unit.  Students played the roles of different types of birds who were hunting insects.  Students had the opportunity to predict, hypothesize, and make observations based on data they had collected.  These birds had a blast working together!
